Who we are

INTELVYRA (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an AI consulting and automation agency that serves businesses in the United States remotely. This policy explains what personal information we collect through intelvyra.com and how we use it. You can contact us about privacy at any time at hello@intelvyra.com.

Information we collect

Information you give us. If you use our inquiry form or email us, we receive the details you choose to share: typically your name, email address, company website, the service you’re interested in, budget range, timeline and your message.

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.

Cookies and analytics. This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies and does not currently use an analytics service. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

How we use your information

  • To reply to your inquiry and arrange a consultation.
  • To prepare proposals and, if you become a client, to deliver our services.
  • To keep this website secure and prevent spam or abuse.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Services we rely on

We use a small number of providers to run this website and talk to you:

  • Google Fonts to display our typefaces. Your browser requests the fonts from Google, which receives your IP address (Google Privacy Policy).
  • Cloudflare to host this website and forward email sent to our business address (Cloudflare Privacy Policy).

When we deliver client projects that use AI providers, we tell each client in writing which providers are involved and how their data is handled.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up. If an inquiry doesn’t lead to a project, we delete it within 24 months. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement and as long as needed afterward for legal, tax and accounting purposes.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email us at hello@intelvyra.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. Residents of some US states, including California, have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we will honor valid requests under those laws.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including HTTPS encryption and limited access, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date above.
